Dana Petroleum rejected a US$2.7 billion takeover offer from Korea National Oil Cor, It has been reported that Dana Petroleum rejected a 1.7 billion-pound ($2.7 billion) takeover offer from Korea National Oil Corp., saying the state-run producer was unwilling to raise its proposal.
